Did You Know?
Kaliningrad is a Russian exclave with no land connection to the rest of the country, bordered by Poland and Lithuania. It was Königsberg until 1946, and Immanuel Kant lived his entire life here without travelling more than about 150 km from it.
The clock: Kaliningrad keeps UTC+2, the only part of Russia on that offset — an hour behind Moscow and the same as Warsaw and Vilnius around it.
